Hamilton Appointments are recruiting for our established Bedford based client that is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team. As an additional member to an already collaborative small team you will be supporting all department within the business with their administrative duties.
Brief Job Summary:
- Providing administration for all departments.
- Arranging travel and accommodation bookings.
- H&S processes and administration.
- Minute taking.
- Organisation and filing of business paperwork
- Assisting with projects.
- Updating of documentation and reporting on the company CRM system.
- Raising purchase orders and dealing with invoice queries.
- Reception duties.
- Other ad-hoc duties will be required
The successful candidate must be able to drive as travel to other local sites will be necessary on occasions.
Previous experience within a similar role is essential, along with strong communication and IT skills.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm with a salary of 22,000 - 23,000 per annum depending on experience.
