Business Development Executive - Remote - Permanent

I'm working with an innovative and fast-growing tech business. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Business Development Executive to join their expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a successful career in sales, with clear progression into senior sales or account management roles.

The Role:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, building relationships and introducing a solution that adds real value to hospitality businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential customers within the hospitality sector
  • Proactively reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM systems
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and challenges
  • Qualify opportunities and present tailored solutions
  • Book and deliver product demos
  • Close deals with independent operators and small groups
  • Support senior team members with proposals and client meetings
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
  • Assist with onboarding and customer communications
  • Attend industry events and stay up to date with market trends

What They're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Ideally experience within hospitality, leisure, SAAS or a related sector
  • Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
  • Comfortable working remotely in a performance-focused environment
