Our client is looking for an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Full Time Detailer / Valeter to join their team based in Watford, Hertfordshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning and detailing services to a wide variety of customers.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, with excellent communication and customer service skills. You must be able to work under pressure, with an eye for detail and an enthusiasm to achieve high standards of work. You must be able to work with a variety of products, tools and materials, and take pride in delivering a great job every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with the Sales Team and Technicians to ensure a smooth flow of work
• Carrying out basic service washes
• Carrying out detailed full valeting of new and used stock
• Managing own workload & efficiencies
• Ensuring we exceed our customer expectations
• Correcting minor paintwork issues

Skills and Experience:

• Full UK car and motorcycle licence
• First class positive, can-do attitude
• Able to confidently move motorcycles.
• Enthusiastic Team player, they like to have fun at work!
• Wants to understand and support all other areas of the dealership
• For those who may lack in experience, a willingness to learn is essential

In return, our client is offering a salary of £23,000 per annum with additional benefits of 22 days holiday + bank holidays - rising with service, company pension, onsite parking, employee assistance programme & generous staff discounts.
