Based in Bedford, our client is seeking an e-commerce assistant to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be working with and reporting to the Product & Digital Manager.
Brief job summary:
- Maintaining strong online inventory levels.
- Responsible for online product listings.
- Product selection.
- Analysing product reports and sales / performance against KPI's.
- Responding to customers regarding order queries/complaints.
- Working with the marketing team on calendar planning and content creation.
This role is ideal for someone that has experience in working in ecommerce, particularly Amazon Seller Central and has an interest in retail. Some experience of Google Analytics, SEO and Google Ads would be an advantage.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am -5.30pm with a starting salary of 20,000 per annum + benefits.
