Job description

Hamilton Appointments are currently seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support their prestigious, global clients' SVP of EMEA. The successful candidate will provide critical administrative support that requires an in-depth understanding of our clients corporate activities and practices. If you are a meticulous and articulate administrator who loves keeping people organised and thrives in fast-paced working environments, this may be the position for you.

Duties will include:

  • Manage and maintain the schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings; take meeting minutes
  • File, archive, and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • Manage and track executive expenses
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • Coordinate various projects within the team as required
  • Coordinate mailings, delivery pick-up and various errands
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as requested by the executive

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience supporting an executive level
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills with acute attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Google Drive Suite Excel and the MicrosoftOffice suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
  • Ability to work in a team environment, meet tight deadlines, and work on several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality; adept at handling sensitive documents and information

Assets:

  • Knowledge of Mac OS X
  • Knowledge of G Suite (Google cal, docs, sheets, slides & mail)
  • Knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, word, powerpoint)
  • Knowledge of monday.com
  • Interest in technology

This position is being offered on a permanent contract with a starting salary of 40,000 per annum + RSU's and amazing company benefits, such as unlimited holiday, health and wellness benefit, company pension and more.
