Job description

Are you an experienced and ambitious HR professional looking for their next challenge? Are you looking to be a key member of a strong and established People and Culture team providing generalist strategy and support in multiple key areas? Then this could be the role for you!!

Hamilton Appointments are delighted to be working with our prestigious and innovative global client, based within their London Office. You will be working within a rapidly growing, market competitive company that encourages initiatives and leadership. As a People Business Partner supporting the EMEA region, you will be a central part of the success of the operations teams having a direct impact on the ability to retain and grow the best talent to build the company.

Duties will include:

  • Strategic and operational partnership with the business by being fully embedded within your region by understanding current business needs and by anticipating future requirements.
  • In partnership with the centres of expertise, identify innovative solutions that positively impact the employee experience.
  • Active participation in complex projects that span across functions, regions and segments.
  • Partner with employees & managers as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage talent effectively to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
  • Drive employee related initiatives with your communication, coaching and influencing skills, and offer thought leadership in areas such as Career Development, Talent Reviews and Employee Relations.
  • Help build organisational health by providing insightful data to guide decision making and proactive solutions.
  • Take on any additional special projects if required by your client groups or P&C team.

The successful candidate will have experience within a HR Generalist and People Business Partner function within a Tech environment and a comprehensive understanding of local employment law. Ideally you will be CIPID level 5 or working towards this.

This position is being offered on a permanent contract with a starting salary of 50,000 - 55,000 per annum with RSU's and a fantastic benefits package, including hybrid working and flexible paid time off.
