An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced internal sales engineer to join this evolving and expanding business, based in Bedford. Priding themselves on high-quality products, technical expertise and excellent customer support, they are looking for an individual to come on board and assist with the growth and expansion of the business, whilst having the opportunity to progress within the business, long term.
Brief Job Summary:
- Identifying suitable solutions for existing and potential customers.
- Producing detailed quotations for systems and products.
- Develop business with new and existing customers.
- Following up on incoming enquiries and outstanding quotations.
- Technical support to customers and other departments by telephone and email.
- Help grow the company brand via marketing, building relationships with potential new customers and suppliers.
- Work towards both individual and company KPI's
- Support team members to offer high level customer experience.
The successful candidate should have experience working in technical sales, ideally with engineering qualifications and a background in an internal sales environment. Strong interpersonal and sales skills are essential.
This position is being offered on a permanent basis with working hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm with an early finish on Friday.
