Are you an experienced Engineer with an electrical bias? Do you have knowledge & experience of hydraulic & pneumatic systems. Our Bedfordshire based client is seeking a multi skilled Maintenance Engineer to support their production team with a proactive service by responding to machinery breakdowns in a timely manner.

As a member of the team you will be self motivated and be able to work independently on mechanical and electricalmaintenance tasks.

Essential Skills / Experience Required:

• Rounded engineer with an electrical Bias.
• Knowledge & experience of hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
• Welding experience, Mig, Tig & MMA Welding.
• Computer literate; particularly with MS Word and Excel

Experience of Milling and Turning would be an advantage, alongside holding a counter balance forklift licence.

Working hours are 37.5hours per week, Monday to Friday, on rotating shifts 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm -6am, so you must be able to cover any shift required givenreasonable notice. A premium of 33% is paid when working nights.

This position is being offered on a permanent basis with a competitive salary, along with 25 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays. They also offer a Company Pension Scheme and Private Healthcare is available after a qualifying period.
