Hamilton Appointments are recruiting for our Bedford based client that is looking for a Marketing and Office Administrator to join their team. Within this role you will be supporting the Managing Director on an array of duties, ranging from general administration through to marketing projects.
Key tasks include:
- Answering incoming calls/emails and responding to general enquiries
- Speaking with Clients to identify their needs
- Supporting to MD with administrative tasks
- Being responsible for updating the social media marketing platforms, suchas Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
- Creating marketing documents
- Additional Ad-hoc duties as required
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous Admin / customer service experience
- Proficient user of MS Office and other packages i.e. Photoshop, AdobeInDesign.
- A willingness to learn and develop in the role
- Able to effectively time manage and meet deadlines
- Understanding of Health and Safety concepts
This position is being offered on a permanent basis with the working hours ofMonday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.
