Job description
Hamilton Appointments is working exclusively with our Bedford based client, who due to growth is now seeking an Office Administrator to join their small, yet busy team.
Supporting the Director, you will be the first point of contact dealing with any general enquiries.
Job Summary:
- Producing quotations for clients
- Raising invoices and purchase orders
- Formatting and sending out company correspondence
- Diary Management
- Dealing with inbound calls
- Follow up on any incoming leads
- Update website and social media platforms
Job Requirements:
- Experience in using MS Office applications, such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Have used a CRM system in the past
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous administration experience
This role is being offered on a permanent basis, working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. The starting salary is being offered at between 17,000 - 18,500 per annum.
