Hamilton Appointments are delighted to be recruiting an Office Manager for our local client based in Bedford. As the Office Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the office to help make sure that the team has the working environment they need to do a great job and enjoy their work.
Main duties and area of responsibility include:
- Purchase order tracking
- Preparing delivery notes
- Cash sale ledger
- Invoicing pairing
- Creating documentation
- General Administration
- Managing stock pipeline
- Forecasting and planning
- Responding to internal product requests
- Stock transfer paperwork
- Back to back customer quotations
- Liaising with internal and external centres
- Ensuring smooth day to day running of the office
- Stationery orders
- Returns and credits
- Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction
- Supporting management on a day to day basis
The successful candidate will have the ability to work without supervision ideally have worked within a sales office environment previously.
This role is being offered on a permanent basis with the hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm and a starting salary of 25,000 - 28,000 per annum + annual profit share.
