Due to company expansion, Hamilton Appointments are currently seeking a sales professional to join their client based on the outskirts of Bedford.

An opening has arisen for a Sales Consultant (online) to work alongside the sales and customer care team of this growing and collaborative company.

Being the first point of contact for customers, the successful candidate will be confident in assisting customers with a high level of service and securing sales in line with KPI targets.

Although the role doesn't involve "cold-calling" you will possess previous sales and customer service experience.

Job Summary:

• Respond to customer enquiries via website, email and telephone
• Convert enquiries into sales revenue
• Offer excellent customer service
• Other administrative duties as required

Due to the nature of the role you will need to possess strong IT knowledge accompanied with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Our client's team and culture is proactive and dynamic and this is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in shaping the future of their business.

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, over a 7 day period. You must be available to work 3 out of 4 weekends (either Saturday or Sunday, days off in lieu during the week)
