Job description
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and property professional to join a highly reputable business within the heart of Bedford.
Our client is seeking a motivated, organised Property Portfolio Manager that can offer an unrivalled service to both landlords and tenants.
Duties include:
- To maintain and look after properties
- Dealing with tenants day to day enquiries
- Liaising with Landlords regarding any repairs
- Carrying out property inspections
- Liaisingwith contractors to organise repairs and maintenance
- Conductingviewings
- Checking out tenants from properties at the end of the tenancy
The successful candidate will be managing a portfolio of around 150 properties, so organisational skills are key. Experience within the property industry is essential, however, training and long term progression within the company is available.
This permanent role is working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, with one Saturday in 4, 9am - 3pm, with a salary of 22,000 - 25,000 per annum + commission.
