As a member of the Recruitment Team, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of activities and processes throughout the recruitment lifecycle to find and recruit the best talent for our clients business, mainly focusing on but not limited to the below responsibilities:

• CV screening
• Interview/assessment day facilitation
• 1st stage, online interview evaluation
• Face to face interviewing
• Attending careers fairs
• Support University campus recruitment planning, work with career centres to manage campus recruiting logistics, organise events and ship materials
• Recruitment database administration
• Candidate feedback
• Managing job postings and assembling interview documents
• Helping to maintain applicant tracking data
• Managing the recruiting inbox and responding to candidate enquires
• Travel to other regional offices on occasion

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent (any discipline) and have good knowledge of Microsoft-based applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience in recruitment would be beneficial, but not essential.

This position is being offered on a permanent contract with a salary range of 25,000 - 28,000 per annum with a quarterly bonus and some amazing company benefits.
