Job description
Are you an experienced and ambitious sales administrator looking for their next challenge? Are you looking to be a key member of a growing team? Then this could be the role for you!!
As a member of the Sales Admin Team, you will be responsible for the following:
- Making sure customer orders received are entered correctly into the CRM system
- Communicating with customers and all colleagues by telephone, email ensuring queries
- Ensuring that agreed promised delivery dates to customers are maintained
- Managing the end-to-end order process including providing details regarding dispatch and delivery
- Process quotation to the customer
- Stock Control and transfer
- Daily communication with the warehouse
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent (any discipline) and have good knowledge of Microsoft-based applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience in sales administration would be beneficial, but not essential.
This position is being offered on a permanent contract with a a competitive salary and career progression.
