Sales Executive - Bedfordshire - Permanent

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to expand their successful sales team with ambitious and motivated Sales Executives who are hungry to build a long-term career with uncapped earning potential.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing warm inbound opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and converting opportunities into long-term business.

This role would suit someone with previous sales experience who enjoys working towards targets and wants to maximise their earnings within a supportive and ambitious environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Working from warm sales leads
  • Building strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Managing the sales process from initial contact through to close
  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout
  • Retaining and developing repeat business opportunities
  • Working towards and exceeding sales targets

  • Previous sales experience with a proven track record
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Motivated, driven, and target focused
  • Enthusiastic and professional approach
  • A genuine desire to succeed and progress long term

Salary & Rewards:

  • £30,000 - £40,000 basic salary depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission structure
