Sales Negotiator - High Wycombe Outskirts - Permanent

Our client is a highly regarded independent property agency with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships with their clients. They are now looking for a motivated and personable individual to join their sales team as a Property Sales Negotiator.

This role would suit someone confident communicating with people, organised, eager to learn and looking for a career with genuine progression opportunities within the property sector.

The Role:

As a Property Sales Negotiator, you will support buyers and sellers throughout the sales process, helping to create a positive and professional experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Speaking with prospective buyers and understanding their property requirements.
  • Conducting property viewings and highlighting key features of each home.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service.
  • Supporting negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors and other parties involved in the sales process.
  • Keeping accurate records and maintaining regular communication with clients.

What They're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment would be beneficial.
  • A confident and professional communication style.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive, proactive and motivated attitude.
  • An interest in property and a willingness to learn.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, with every third Saturday 9am - 4pm.
