Sales Support Administrator - Permanent - Bedford

Our client is seeking an experienced and customer focused Full Time Sales Support Administrator to join their team in Bedford, Bedfordshire. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation that prides themselves on providing excellent customer service and delivering the highest quality products.

As Sales Support, you will administer key customer accounts in a small and friendly office environment, whilst working closesly with with the sales team and building strong relationships with customers.

Duties will include:

  • Accurately and efficiently place orders.
  • Communicate daily with assigned sales reps to provide order updates and problem solve.
  • Utilise available inventory and customer order history.
  • Review pending/open orders based on ship/cancel dates to ensure timely shipping.
  • Assist sales reps with managing their account list.
  • Ensure all customers are set-up within the database.
  • Liaising with the warehouses, supporting the UK and EU sales team.
  • Maintain full working knowledge of all processing systems.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service and administration skills, be confident in dealing with spreadsheets and inventory reports, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. You should be well-organised and have the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be a good communicator and be able to effectively build relationships with customers. You should be a team player and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £28,000 per annum. In addition, our client offers a range of salary benefits including hybrid working, on site parking and company pension. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation where you can develop your sales support skills.
