Strategic Account Manager - Milton Keynes - Permanent

Hamilton Appointments is delighted to be partnering with a leading business in Milton Keynes to recruit an experienced Account Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong B2B account management experience to join a forward-thinking company that prides itself on delivering an exceptional service to some of the UK's most recognisable retail partners.

The role:

As an Account Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for high-profile accounts within the automotive industry, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while building strong, long-term relationships. You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams, manage the full order process, resolve escalations, and provide insightful performance updates - always with a commercial and solutions-focused approach.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous B2B account management or customer service experience in a commercial environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Excel (SAP experience a bonus).
  • Commercial awareness, with a focus on service impact and business performance.
