Senior Property Sales Negotiator - Amersham - Permanent

Our client is a leading property agency dedicated to providing unparalleled service and expertise to their clients. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to exceeding expectations, they pride themselves on their ability to deliver exceptional results in the property market.

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions from inception to completion. Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and negotiate effectively to achieve successful sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective buyers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Conduct property viewings and effectively communicate the unique selling points of each property.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal requirements.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Coordinate with mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.

This is a permanent opportunity, working 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday, with every third Saturday 9am - 4pm.
